Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional guest hospitality and team coaching
- Maintain high standards for grooming, safety, and certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
- Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, and promotional events
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Analyze operational reports and contribute in meetings
- Support team across multiple functions with positivity and flexibility
