Job Requirements

  • up to one year of related work experience
  • knowledge of guest service principles
  • understanding of food and beverage operations
  • ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • us work authorization or current four seasons managerial position
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • college degree preferred
  • up to one year of previous employment in a related position
  • thorough knowledge of guest service
  • experience with cost control
  • familiarity with labor control, merchandising, and accounting
  • prior union experience beneficial
  • prior new york experience preferred
  • experience with opera and micros computer systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • oversee all facets of the food and beverage division
  • supervise the consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service
  • maintain par stocks of inventory for all f&b areas
  • hire, train, supervise, and discipline food and beverage staff
  • manage cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting in the food and beverage department
  • ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences
