Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
- Drive food service sales and meet performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
- Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to optimize results
- Become an in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Provide training for Customer Service Associates to enhance skills and customer service
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets health and safety standards
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations
