Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years progressive leadership experience in hotel food and beverage management
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and complex operations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Toast POS preferred
- Commitment to uphold Marriott and Westin brand standards
Job Qualifications
- Five years of progressive hotel food and beverage leadership experience in restaurant and/or banquets
- Prior experience working with Marriott preferred
- Experience with Toast POS system preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurant, banquet, lounge/bar, or in-room dining
- Inspire and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure service quality aligns with Marriott and Westin brand standards
- Manage large-scale banquet execution and restaurant operations
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to create memorable guest experiences
- Lead training and development initiatives for staff
