Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of post-high school education
  • Minimum of five years of employment in a related position
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of hotel operations including marketing, security, personnel management, business planning, and budget forecasting
  • Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations for all restaurant outlets, room service, and beverage
  • Control and manage all areas of cost management, including the cost of beverages, labor, and expenses
  • Plan and manage the procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food and beverages in the hotel in a safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manner
  • Manage the Human Resources within the division including recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
  • Implement and manage company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and sanitary regulations, and all federal, state, franchise, and local regulations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and manage Medallia scores and action plans
  • Develop marketing strategies for Food and Beverage outlets to increase sales and meet financial goals
  • Develop and manage business and marketing plans, analyze and control labor and food costs
  • Manage maintenance and sanitation of Food and Beverage areas and equipment
  • Respond to customer feedback and issues to enhance experience and future sales
  • Execute and promote the Accident Prevention Program
  • Comply with attendance rules and be regularly available
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
