Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
  • proficiency in microsoft office and pos systems
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • develop and implement business plans for food and beverage
  • demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
  • manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
  • hire, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • maintain a safe and clean work environment
