Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
- proficiency in microsoft office and pos systems
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- hire, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
