Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- three years of food and beverage management experience preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain TIPS certification
- ability to attend and complete Alcohol Awareness Training
- knowledge of food safety, alcohol laws, and permitting requirements
- proficiency in POS and scheduling software
- supervisory skills
- ability to comply with health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- subject to random drug testing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality management, business, or related field
- three years of food and beverage management experience preferably in multi-venue or event-based environment
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- training in TIPS with ability to maintain certification
- knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol laws
- proficiency with POS systems and office software
- strong skills in supervision, conflict resolution, program development, and communication
Job Duties
- Oversees and coordinates concessions, catering, and other food and beverage services across assigned facilities
- supervises personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- administers alcohol sales and permitting to ensure legal compliance
- plans and implements training programs for staff
- coordinates banquets, catering, and special events including VIP functions
- provides direct supervision during large events ensuring smooth operation
- manages inventory, orders supplies, and monitors budgets for profitability
