Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in hotel food and beverage managing restaurant or banquet operations
  • Preferred experience within Marriott International brand
  • Skilled in POS software such as Toast
  • Food Safety Manager Certification required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of progressive hotel food and beverage leadership experience in restaurant and/or banquets
  • Experience with Marriott preferred
  • Proficiency with Toast POS system preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations including restaurant service, banquets, lounge/bar, and in-room dining
  • Inspire and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott and Westin brand standards
  • Coordinate banquet functions and event execution efficiently
  • Manage operational budgets and staffing levels
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards including obtaining Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to resolve issues and improve service quality
