Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of food service management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of banquet operations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events effectively
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Ability to maintain Serve-Safe certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Availability to work irregular hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications

- Minimum three years of food service management experience in restaurant, hotel, country club or similar environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of banquet services and operations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage financial information and meet budget goals
- Ability to maintain Serve-Safe certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Publisher, and Excel
- Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Manage all food and beverage services in the facility
- Oversee banquet and meeting service requirements and coordination
- Ensure effective operation of concession areas during events
- Manage beverage inventories and comply with liquor control regulations
- Schedule labor and maintain payroll accuracy
- Hire, train, and supervise wait staff, bar staff, and concessions staff
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and participate in client meetings
- Maintain health department scores and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Reconcile point-of-sale systems and manage revenues
- Act as manager on duty during events as needed
