Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management or related field
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality field
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Develop active knowledge of food and beverage products served in the outlets
  • Actively supervise and assist with the greeting of food and beverage guests
  • Maintain POS system by keeping database current and organized
  • Supervise the cleanliness of all areas related to the outlet
  • Oversee all employees in the restaurant during a given shift
  • Handle guest reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supervise all delegated duties to required standards
  • Monitor approved training program for all Food and Beverage outlet personnel
  • Hold daily pre-service meetings to include Hotel and Food and Beverage information
  • Assist management and service personnel whenever necessary
  • Requisition all necessary equipment to maintain consistent level of operation
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other managers and departments
  • Actively participate in preparation of fiscal budgets
  • Maintain presence at outlet and assist with greeting guests during outlet hours of operation
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Food and Beverage meetings
