Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
  • Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
