- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations
- Ensure guest and employee satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
