Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • One to two years of related job experience including labor management, cost control, product knowledge, and bartending
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong comprehension for reading and implementing policies and procedures
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 20 - 40 lbs regularly
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand continuously and move throughout outlets during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • One to two years of employment in a related position with labor management, cost control, product knowledge, and service experience
  • Excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters
  • Strong oral communication skills for interaction with guests and associates
  • Knowledge of food safety and chemical agents for training purposes
  • Ability to understand and implement policies and procedures including scheduling and forecasting

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage the restaurant, room service, bar, and catering to achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Manage the human resources within the department including recruitment, training, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget, business marketing plan, forecasts, and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company programs, safety, sanitary regulations, and all relevant laws
  • Market the food and beverage outlets including managing menus, promotions, and presentations to meet sales goals
  • Maintain sanitation and maintenance of food and beverage areas and equipment
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, and feedback to enhance guest experiences
