Job Requirements
- up to one year previous experience in a related position
- authorization to work in the us unless currently managing at a Four Seasons location
- ability to supervise and lead staff
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage inventory and costs
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- college degree preferred
- up to one year of previous employment in a related position
- thorough knowledge of guest service
- experience with cost control and labor control
- understanding of merchandising and accounting
- prior union experience beneficial
- prior new york experience preferred
- experience with Opera and Micros computer systems a plus
Job Duties
- oversee all facets of the food and beverage division
- supervise consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service
- maintain par stocks of inventory for all food and beverage areas
- hire, train, supervise, and discipline staff
- manage cost control and labor control measures
- ensure guest service standards are met or exceeded
- coordinate merchandising and accounting activities for the division
