Job Requirements

  • Work authorization in the US unless currently employed as a Four Seasons manager
  • ability to manage Food & Beverage operations effectively
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • capacity to maintain high standards of service quality
  • experience in inventory and stock management
  • understanding of luxury hospitality environments
  • capability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • up to one year of experience in a related Food & Beverage management position
  • knowledge of guest service principles
  • experience with cost control and labor management
  • proficiency in merchandising and accounting principles
  • prior union experience beneficial
  • familiarity with Opera and Micros computer systems advantageous
  • prior experience in New York hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all facets of the Food & Beverage Division
  • supervise consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service
  • manage inventories and maintain par stocks for all F&B areas
  • hire, train, supervise, and discipline Food & Beverage staff
  • ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to luxury standards
  • control costs and labor effectively
  • coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service experiences
