Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of related F&B management experience
  • Country club or upscale hospitality environment experience required
  • Proven experience managing other managers and leading large teams
  • Food Safety, Sanitation, and Alcohol Awareness certifications required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Regular lifting of up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in varying conditions including outdoor weather and moderate noise environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Degree in hospitality or related field preferred

  • F&B Director or multi-outlet management experience strongly preferred
  • Country club or upscale hospitality environment experience required
  • Proven experience managing other managers and leading large teams
  • Strong understanding of cost controls, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Food Safety, Sanitation, and Alcohol Awareness certifications required
  • Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and regional cuisines
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Professional, polished, and service-focused demeanor

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise all F&B outlets including restaurants, banquet operations, snack bar, beverage carts, and bar service
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service interacting with members and guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Manage inventories, control cost of goods sold (COGS), and ensure par levels are maintained based on club needs
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, product selection, and pricing strategies
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards across all F&B operations
  • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for a diverse team including managers, supervisors, and service staff
  • Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance service, efficiency, and member engagement
