Job Requirements

  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to interpret instructions from customers and associates
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Capability to read and implement policies, schedules, and SOPs
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand continuously and move extensively during shifts
  • Excellent vision required for various operational tasks
  • No kneeling required
  • Ability to supervise across all outlet areas
  • Must have experience in recruitment, training, and conflict resolution

Job Qualifications

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • One to two years of experience in a related position with a focus on labor management, cost control, product knowledge, and hospitality services
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Strong comprehension of policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
  • Knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training purposes

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and catering operations to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Recommend promotional ideas and procedural changes
  • Prepare forecasts and control budgets for various outlets
  • Manage human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Implement and ensure compliance with company programs and safety regulations
  • Market food and beverage outlets and develop promotional materials
  • Maintain sanitation standards and manage food and beverage equipment
  • Respond to customer needs and resolve issues to enhance guest experience
