Job Requirements
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to interpret instructions from customers and associates
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capability to read and implement policies, schedules, and SOPs
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand continuously and move extensively during shifts
- Excellent vision required for various operational tasks
- No kneeling required
- Ability to supervise across all outlet areas
- Must have experience in recruitment, training, and conflict resolution
Job Qualifications
- More than two years of post high school education
- One to two years of experience in a related position with a focus on labor management, cost control, product knowledge, and hospitality services
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong comprehension of policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
- Knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training purposes
Job Duties
- Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and catering operations to achieve customer satisfaction
- Recommend promotional ideas and procedural changes
- Prepare forecasts and control budgets for various outlets
- Manage human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Implement and ensure compliance with company programs and safety regulations
- Market food and beverage outlets and develop promotional materials
- Maintain sanitation standards and manage food and beverage equipment
- Respond to customer needs and resolve issues to enhance guest experience
