Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- strong organizational and leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Short- and long-term planning for the department areas of focus, including financial success, and customer and colleague satisfaction
- maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure consistency in the guest experience
- hire, train, empower, and develop colleagues and direct reports
- oversee payroll, scheduling, productivity, reporting, forecasts, inventory, and budget for areas of responsibility
- assist with maintaining cost controls through assessing F&B offerings, mitigating food waste, managing the labor budget and ensuring profitability of F&B programming
- address questions and requests as appropriate to maintain a high level of member and guest satisfaction and quality
- implement procedures to increase guest and colleague satisfaction
- exercise quality control for both food and beverage
- ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations, local State regulations and Hyatt standards
- establish, maintain, and develop processes and procedures to grow outlet performance
- floor presence is a requirement during service
- coordinate food and beverage operations with other Resort departments to ensure efficient guest service
- resolve guest complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of satisfaction and quality
- coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedure
- demonstrate proficient knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and emerging beverage trends
- curate and maintain a diverse, innovative beverage program that aligns with Hyatt standards and guest preferences
