Job Duties
- take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
- drive food service sales and hit performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
- monitor trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans to optimize results
- become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- deliver training for customer service associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding customer service
- support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
- maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that meets health and safety standards
- oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth operations
