Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or related experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in food and beverage management or similar role
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage stress and time effectively
  • Ability to lead and develop teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field of study or university degree in hospitality management or culinary arts (recommended but not required)
  • 2 to 4 years' experience as a food and beverage manager or similar position in a high-end service environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operating procedures
  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee restaurants, golf tournaments, banquets, weddings, and member events
  • Familiarity with wine, spirits and bar operations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Polished, professional appearance and presentation
  • Ability to manage stress and time effectively
  • Experience building, training, and maintaining employee teams
  • Effective communication skills throughout all department levels
  • Ability to listen, understand and resolve concerns and issues

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all club dining outlets, bars, and event spaces
  • Create, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise all F&B staff, fostering a high-performing, service-driven team culture
  • Involve in and responsible for planning, staffing, executing, and breaking down of Member and private events, include golf tournaments
  • Manages scheduling and time off requests
  • Assist in planning and implementing of procedures for special club events, catering and banquet functions within the restaurant
  • Develops creative ideas to drive member usage of Food and Beverage outlets
