Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Experience working in luxury hotel environments preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal eligibility and current authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets including LeBar, CDA restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Banquets
  • Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team fostering a dynamic and engaged work culture
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality and French hospitality
  • Collaborate with other departments to synchronize service delivery and optimize guest satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of Food & Beverage operations
  • Address and resolve operational challenges and guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • Innovate and implement new dining concepts and service improvements
