Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Experience working in luxury hotel environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal eligibility and current authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets including LeBar, CDA restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Banquets
- Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team fostering a dynamic and engaged work culture
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality and French hospitality
- Collaborate with other departments to synchronize service delivery and optimize guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of Food & Beverage operations
- Address and resolve operational challenges and guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Innovate and implement new dining concepts and service improvements
