Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six months to one year of related experience and/or training
- ability to read and speak English
- must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training certification
- Alcohol Awareness Training certification
- regular and reliable attendance
- ability to stand, walk, talk, hear frequently
- occasional ability to sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise daily food and beverage operations
- walk the dining room floor regularly to engage with members and guests
- maintain inventory and par levels for materials and supplies
- communicate with department leaders to ensure operational objectives are met
- inspect facilities for maintenance and repair needs
- prepare production reports and manage supply requisitions
- implement inventory management software and analytical tools
- collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and pricing
- uphold sanitation standards
- develop and maintain supplier relationships
- recruit, train, assign, and evaluate staff performance
- oversee a team including assistant managers, supervisors, servers, bartenders, and other associates
- design and conduct ongoing training programs
- monitor business volume forecasts and adjust manpower and resources accordingly
- ensure compliance with safety and alcohol regulations
- demonstrate leadership and resolve client issues diplomatically
- promote a positive work environment and team cohesion
- maintain financial accountability and operational controls
