Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- proficiency with POS and other management software
- availability to work in Park City, Utah
- commitment to uphold company values and standards

Job Duties
- Develop active knowledge of food and beverage products served in the outlets
- actively supervise and assist with the greeting of food and beverage guests
- maintain POS system by keeping database current and organized
- supervise the cleanliness of all areas related to the outlet
- oversee all employees in the restaurant during a given shift
- handle guest reservations in a timely and efficient manner
- supervise all delegated duties to required standards
- monitor approved training program for all Food and Beverage outlet personnel
- hold daily pre-service meetings to include Hotel and Food and Beverage information
- assist management and service personnel whenever necessary
- requisition all necessary equipment to maintain consistent level of operation
- maintain open lines of communication with other managers and departments
- actively participate in preparation of fiscal budgets
- maintain presence at outlet and assist with greeting guests during outlet hours of operation
- attend and contribute to weekly Food and Beverage meetings
