Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in similar scope and title
- experience within luxury brand or markets preferred
- food safety certification preferred or attained within 30 days
- alcohol safety certification preferred or attained within 30 days
- ability to work safely in a kitchen environment with high temperatures and humidity
- ability to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines
- ability to respond promptly to customer needs
- ability to stand, stoop, bend, crouch for up to 8 hours daily
- ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work varying schedules in excess of 40 hours with or without notice
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervises daily shift operations
- ensures Grand Performers comply with appearance standards
- schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services
- inspects kitchen and dining areas to ensure sanitary standards
- requisitions and inspects food, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock and quality
- ensures compliance with food and beverage policies and standards
- maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas
- acts as guest service role model and creates positive guest relations atmosphere
- assists servers on the floor during meal periods
- clears and resets counters or tables after each course
- assists dining room servers with service and menu knowledge
- assists with providing tables with beverages
- removes and replaces solid linens
- transports dirty dishes to dishwashing station
- polishes silver and glass as needed
- presents menu, answers questions, and makes food and beverage suggestions
- seats guests in the dining room
- explains, pairs, and recommends wines
- serves food and beverage in a professional manner consistent with Kessler standards
- relays orders to kitchen through POS and helps serve courses
- totals bills and accepts payment when needed
- utilizes property management systems and follows cash handling procedures
- sets up bar and dining room thoroughly and efficiently
- empowers Grand Performers to provide excellent customer service
- ensures staff understands and complies with liquor laws
- monitors alcohol beverage service compliance
- ensures proper POS and cash handling operations
- edits work schedules and evaluates employee performance
- assigns and coordinates employee work for operational efficiency
