Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A
- Two years progressive Food and Beverage Management experience in a luxury Hotel setting an asset
- Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands on management style with ability to lead by example
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Physical ability to stand and walk throughout shift and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Two years progressive Food and Beverage Management experience in a luxury Hotel setting an asset
- Computer knowledge, particularly POS (Silverware) and Microsoft Office an asset
- Hands on management style with ability to prioritize and lead through example
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with great communication ability
- Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends
Job Duties
- Active floor management, driving the service vision within Banquets and Outlets to build guest loyalty and outstanding service results
- Focus on creating revenue driving ideas and opportunities to engage and innovate with both the local market and in-house guests
- Ensure that all ambassadors are trained and held accountable for brand standards and that ambassadors are always reflective of our grooming standards and in a clean and proper uniform
- Manage and develops audit programs of brand standards and completes coaching sessions with ambassadors
- Consistently has a presence with our ambassadors in the F&B areas while balancing the administrative needs of the position
- Ensure departmental schedules reflect our service commitments, ambassador needs, and business-productivity commitments
- Take responsibility of the cleanliness, maintenance, and storage procedures of the operations
