Job Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A
  • Two years progressive Food and Beverage Management experience in a luxury Hotel setting an asset
  • Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on management style with ability to lead by example
  • Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand and walk throughout shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Two years progressive Food and Beverage Management experience in a luxury Hotel setting an asset
  • Computer knowledge, particularly POS (Silverware) and Microsoft Office an asset
  • Hands on management style with ability to prioritize and lead through example
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with great communication ability
  • Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekends

Job Duties

  • Active floor management, driving the service vision within Banquets and Outlets to build guest loyalty and outstanding service results
  • Focus on creating revenue driving ideas and opportunities to engage and innovate with both the local market and in-house guests
  • Ensure that all ambassadors are trained and held accountable for brand standards and that ambassadors are always reflective of our grooming standards and in a clean and proper uniform
  • Manage and develops audit programs of brand standards and completes coaching sessions with ambassadors
  • Consistently has a presence with our ambassadors in the F&B areas while balancing the administrative needs of the position
  • Ensure departmental schedules reflect our service commitments, ambassador needs, and business-productivity commitments
  • Take responsibility of the cleanliness, maintenance, and storage procedures of the operations
