Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of food and beverage experience with at least one year in a supervisory role
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- compliance with hotel dress and grooming standards including no visible tattoos and no unnatural hair colors
- ability to lift or move items up to 20 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties such as walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- no travel required
Job Qualifications
- a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in front-of-house fine dining operations
- at least four years of food and beverage experience in a luxury food-service environment
- prior catering experience preferred
- proficiency in pos systems and basic restaurant software
- food handling and beverage service certifications such as servsafe and rbs
- proficient with microsoft office suite or related software
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of laws and regulations related to fine dining operations
Job Duties
- supervise all food and beverage staff for the restaurant and room service
- ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through high-quality service
- coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations
- manage vendor relationships and restaurant inventory
- lead hiring, training, and development of food and beverage staff
- address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- enforce company standards and regulatory compliance related to food service operations
