Job Qualifications

  • preferably 1-year experience in food and beverage front of the house management
  • excellent customer service skills
  • previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred

Job Duties

  • consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
  • anticipate guests needs and answer questions pertaining to their visit
  • respond promptly
  • be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions
  • resolve guests complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • complete all required brand specific and health and safety training
  • operate the point of sale system
  • prepare food and beverage complying with brand standards
  • serve guests according to federal, state, and local laws
  • maintain a clean and well stocked workspace
  • maintain accurate inventory of supplies and equipment
  • train associates to ensure guest satisfaction
  • review guest satisfaction surveys and make improvements
  • ensure profitability through proper promotions and waste control
  • perform other tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
