Job Requirements

  • Education in hotel and restaurant management or related field
  • servsafe manager certification
  • previous experience in a fine dining food service environment
  • effective communication skills in english
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Two or four-year degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • servsafe manager certificate
  • knowledge of fine foods and wine
  • experience in catering, banquet/event management, hospitality services, and sales coordination
  • excellent professional communication skills
  • proficiency with microsoft and google platforms
  • experience with pos systems and online reservation software
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to manage and motivate large teams
  • problem-solving and schedule management skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage
  • provide excellent customer service with professional integrity
  • manage front of house dining operations including setup, event service, and breakdown
  • oversee guest and employee satisfaction and maintain high service standards
  • lead and coordinate weekly management meetings
  • manage scheduling, labor costs, and team member assignments
  • ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • collaborate with chef on quality control and food presentation
  • conduct inventory and ordering
  • handle team member relations including coaching and mentoring
  • assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding
  • coordinate catering event operations and communication
  • enforce safe work behaviors and maintain clean, safe environment
