Job Duties

  • Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
  • Drive food service sales and achieve performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
  • Monitor market trends and collaborate with peers to optimize sales results
  • Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Provide training and motivation for Customer Service Associates to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development to recognize and grow associate performance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area that complies with health and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations
