Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of senior f&b management or product development experience
  • proven success managing multi-site operations
  • strong commercial knowledge of beverage categories and product sourcing

Job Duties

  • own and develop the strategy for all beverage and commercially sourced food products across the lounge network
  • design, source, and execute all beverage menus and complementary retail/packaged food offerings
  • work in close partnership with global f&b director and culinary manager to drive and evolve a cohesive f&b vision
  • manage key stakeholder relationships including suppliers, manufacturers, and brand partners
  • lead supplier negotiations, ensure contract compliance, and manage the portfolio of products
  • source and implement high-performing, agile, and cost-effective products and supply chain solutions
  • oversee f&b product ordering, supplier delivery schedules, and inventory control to minimize waste and ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • create and review standard operating procedures relating to all f&b delivery and service
  • develop and audit lounge operations to ensure compliance with all f&b guidelines including licensing laws and brand standards
  • hold full accountability for f&b budgets with a focus on beverage and non-kitchen product costs
  • monitor performance against financial targets, analyze sales and consumption reports, implement corrective actions
  • identify additional sales opportunities and drive promotions
  • ensure all f&b offerings meet aspire brand guidelines
  • collaborate with culinary manager and lounge teams to design and implement a dynamic seasonal f&b calendar and brand activations
  • hold direct accountability for csat and nps metrics related to the f&b experience
  • work closely with procurement, marketing, hr, and lounge operations to deliver a cohesive and efficient service
  • act as a key strategic partner to the culinary manager ensuring seamless and integrated f&b strategy
