Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Regular lifting of up to 25 lbs occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in varying conditions including outdoor weather and moderate noise environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of related food and beverage management experience
  • Food and beverage Director or multi-outlet management experience strongly preferred
  • Country club or upscale hospitality environment experience required
  • Proven experience managing other managers and leading large teams
  • Strong understanding of cost controls budgeting and inventory management
  • Food Safety Sanitation and Alcohol Awareness certifications required
  • Working knowledge of wine spirits and regional cuisines
  • Strong leadership and team building abilities
  • Excellent problem solving organizational and time management skills
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically
  • Ability to multi task and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Professional polished and service focused demeanor

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise all food and beverage outlets including restaurants banquet operations snack bar beverage carts and bar service
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service interacting with members and guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Manage inventories control cost of goods sold and ensure par levels are maintained based on club needs
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning product selection and pricing strategies
  • Enforce health safety and sanitation standards across all food and beverage operations
  • Oversee hiring training scheduling and performance management for a diverse team including managers supervisors and service staff
  • Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance service efficiency and member engagement
