Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Regular lifting of up to 25 lbs occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in varying conditions including outdoor weather and moderate noise environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of related food and beverage management experience
- Food and beverage Director or multi-outlet management experience strongly preferred
- Country club or upscale hospitality environment experience required
- Proven experience managing other managers and leading large teams
- Strong understanding of cost controls budgeting and inventory management
- Food Safety Sanitation and Alcohol Awareness certifications required
- Working knowledge of wine spirits and regional cuisines
- Strong leadership and team building abilities
- Excellent problem solving organizational and time management skills
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically
- Ability to multi task and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Professional polished and service focused demeanor
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise all food and beverage outlets including restaurants banquet operations snack bar beverage carts and bar service
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service interacting with members and guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Manage inventories control cost of goods sold and ensure par levels are maintained based on club needs
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning product selection and pricing strategies
- Enforce health safety and sanitation standards across all food and beverage operations
- Oversee hiring training scheduling and performance management for a diverse team including managers supervisors and service staff
- Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance service efficiency and member engagement
