Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
- Drive food service sales and achieve performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
- Monitor market trends and collaborate with peers to develop action plans for optimization
- Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Deliver training to Customer Service Associates to build skills and motivate outstanding service
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and development of the team
- Maintain clean, safe, and health code-compliant food service areas
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance
