Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event operations
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on management style
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven budget and labor management capabilities
- Proficiency in POS, payroll, and reservation systems
- Certification in Serve Safe and BASSET
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
- Experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and billing
- Proficient in POS, payroll, and reservation systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, InDesign
- Serve Safe and BASSET certified
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred
- Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurant service, banquets, and events
- Serve as manager-on-duty for Bar David and banquet operations
- Maintain service standards, health and safety compliance, and cleanliness across all F&B areas
- Oversee cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations, and adherence to financial controls
- Create and implement skills training outlines for operational roles
- Consult with Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu updates and food quality
- Manage equipment functionality including POS terminals and beverage machines
