Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event operations
- Serve Safe and BASSET certified
- Proficient in POS, payroll, and reservation systems
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
- Proven experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and billing
- Proficient in POS, payroll, and reservation systems
- Skilled with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and InDesign
- Serve Safe and BASSET certified
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurant service, banquets, and events
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) for Bar David and Banquet operations
- Maintain service standards, health and safety compliance, and cleanliness in all food and beverage areas
- Oversee cash handling procedures, daily reconciliations, and adherence to financial controls
- Create and implement skills training outlines for operational roles
- Consult daily with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to maintain food quality and menu integrity
- Manage equipment functionality including point-of-sale terminals and beverage machinery
- Assist with event execution and attend Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings
- Develop and manage bi-weekly staff schedules to optimize labor coverage and budget adherence
- Oversee weekly payroll processing and labor tracking
- Recruit, interview, and onboard front-of-house employees
- Lead training programs focusing on skills, menu knowledge, and service standards
- Mentor and coach restaurant supervisors and staff
- Promote a positive workplace by addressing employee concerns in accordance with policy
- Conduct team meetings and pre-shift huddles
- Support employee engagement through coaching and recognition
- Ensure exceptional guest service and responsiveness
- Oversee private and semi-private bookings from inquiry through execution
- Collaborate with Banquet and Events team for flawless event delivery
- Manage the restaurant ambiance and soundtrack consistent with brand identity
- Assist Director of Operations with menu development and costing
- Coordinate staff tastings, training, and menu rollouts
- Support marketing initiatives and special event execution
- Oversee banquet billing accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with vendor procurement and communications
- Manage product inventory and monthly physical counts
- Monitor budget and implement cost control measures
- Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Respond to tasks assigned by supervisors or General Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
