Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in food and beverage management or related field
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ServSafe Manager certificate
  • ServSafe Alcohol certificate
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • experience supervising large teams
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field or equivalent management experience in food industry
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a theme park supervisor or manager of Food and Beverage Operations or restaurant management experience or experience in multi-unit Food and Beverage Operations related field
  • strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional, energetic, self-motivated with positive attitude
  • experience supervising large teams and interfacing with all levels of management
  • strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments
  • strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations
  • budget planning experience and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Manage all Food and Beverage locations as assigned by the Director
  • practice Management by walking around daily to engage with employees and guests
  • ensure successful operation of all business units and processes
  • maintain highest quality execution and atmosphere of continual improvement
  • lead financial result management to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets
  • manage location inventory focusing on quality, accuracy, safety, and cost
  • manage team members through best practices in hiring, training, and enforcing policies
  • meet regularly with direct reports to discuss operations and enhance guest and associate experience
  • build talent via mentoring, delegating, goal setting, and coaching
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and park regulations
  • pass all health department and third-party inspections
  • serve as Park Duty Manager
  • enforce all department and park policies
  • perform all other assigned duties
