Job Requirements
- Meet local age and food and beverage service permit requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years fine dining experience
- At least 2 years banquet or event management experience preferred
- Proven experience leading teams in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong math, reasoning, and language abilities
- Fluent in English

Job Duties
- Interviewing, training, coaching, scheduling, and supervising food and beverage staff
- Upholding health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Driving quality and service initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets
- Managing banquet and event food service operations
- Collaborating with property leadership to achieve operational goals
- Maintaining compliance with local regulations and permitting requirements
