Job Requirements

  • Meet local age and food and beverage service permit requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years fine dining experience
  • At least 2 years banquet or event management experience preferred
  • Proven experience leading teams in hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong math, reasoning, and language abilities
  • Fluent in English

  • Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality

Job Duties

  • Interviewing, training, coaching, scheduling, and supervising food and beverage staff
  • Upholding health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
  • Driving quality and service initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets
  • Managing banquet and event food service operations
  • Collaborating with property leadership to achieve operational goals
  • Maintaining compliance with local regulations and permitting requirements
