Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year banquet food service experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Leadership skills or potential
- Food and alcohol safety certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during entire shift

Job Duties

- Partner with sales, culinary, and events teams to flawlessly execute each event
- Balance budgets by managing labor, supplies, and revenue opportunities with precision
- Ensure a clean, safe, and guest-wowing environment
