Job Duties
- Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses while maximizing profitability related to the food and beverage department
- Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that align with the overall objectives of the hotel
- Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget
- Increase guest satisfaction levels by delivering exceptional products through effective employee development
- Manage operations in compliance with federal, state, local, and industry regulations and standards
- Maintain and implement procedures for credit control and financial management
