Job Requirements
- More than two years of post high school education
- One to two years of employment in a related position
- Excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters
- Ability to interpret instructions from customers, associates, and managers
- Excellent oral communication skills for interacting with guests and associates, issuing instructions and communicating policies
- Strong comprehension required for reading and implementing policies, procedures, schedules, and forecasts
- Knowledge of food safety and chemical agents for training purposes

- Excellent oral communication skills

- Experience in writing schedules and reading forecasts and SOPs
Job Duties
- Plan and manage the restaurant, room service, bar, and catering to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with policies and regulations, and financial goals
- Recommend promotional ideas and procedural changes
- Prepare forecasts and control budgets for various outlets
- Manage human resources within the department including recruitment, development, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and discipline
- Implement and manage compliance with company programs, safety, and sanitary regulations
- Market food and beverage outlets through menu planning, promotions, displays, and presentations
- Manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
- Respond to customer needs, issues, and feedback to ensure quality experience and enhance sales prospects
