Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in food and beverage with leadership roles
- Experience in luxury resorts, private clubs or fine dining preferred
- Banquet management and private event execution experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Food Handlers and TABC certifications or ability to obtain
- Strong skills in fine dining service and bartending
- Knowledge of wine, beer and mixed beverages
- Experience in budget development and oversight
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to learn club’s operating system (currently TEI)
Job Duties
- Always provide exceptional service and communication with members, guests and team members
- Ensure all areas are staffed, outfitted and set up daily
- Manage third party lifeguard team during summer season
- Lead by example in Food and Beverage department, coordinate with Activity Barn and Event Managers
- Assist with member or guest issues professionally and courteously
- Maintain knowledge of bar, restaurant menus and pricing
- Manage point-of-sale programming for accurate transactions
- Observe and engage with team to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Initiate and participate in departmental meetings
- Assist with scheduling and monitor punctuality
- Maintain product quality control and procedures
- Prepare team for daily activity levels
- Ensure compliance with government, safety, health and security standards
- Supervise Pool Complex and Event operations
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of Pool Complex and event spaces
- Oversee daily Pool Complex operations including waterslide, lazy river and pools
- Collaborate with Director of Residential Services on pool complex management
- Work with Event Manager to plan and execute events
- Manage event setup, execution and breakdown
- Assist with buffet, bar and Food and Beverage activations
- Act as primary liaison with members
- Oversee pool maintenance with contracted team
- Create and manage departmental budgets
- Develop standard operating procedures for amenities
- Collaborate with outdoor pursuits and member services for summer and year-round programs
- Innovate and enhance amenities and experiences
- Provide departmental reports including daily summaries
- Maintain AED, First Aid and CPR program requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
