Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant management software
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Direct the day-to-day activities and assignments of food and beverage staff
- ensure proper coverage
- develop and communicate departmental strategies and goals
- assign and prioritize work
- communicate and enforce policies and procedures
- recommend and initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing actions
- alert General Manager of serious issues
- ensure all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards
- achieve budgeted revenues
- prepare monthly forecast
- monitor and control food, beverage and labor costs
- maximize profitability
- participate in preparation of annual departmental operating budget
- establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints
- develop, implement and maintain local food and beverage marketing programs
- monitor competitors and industry trends
- review and approve menu design and concepts with Executive Chef
- adhere to brand standards
- establish procedures and timeframes for conducting inventory
- ensure security and proper storage of food, beverage and equipment
- replenish supplies efficiently
- minimize waste and pilferage
- ensure food and beverage equipment is operational and cleaned regularly
- maintain cleanliness and stocking of facilities
- notify Engineering of maintenance needs
- recruit and evaluate entertainment for outlets and events
- promote teamwork and communication with other departments
- interact with guests, vendors and regulatory agencies
