Job Duties
- Plan and manage the restaurant, room service, bar, and catering to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service
- ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal, state, and local regulations
- manage human resources within the department including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews
- develop, recommend, and manage the department's budget, business and marketing plans, forecasts, and objectives
- implement and manage company programs ensuring SOP compliance and safety standards
- market food and beverage outlets through menu and promotional management to increase sales
- oversee maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
- respond to customer needs, issues, and feedback to enhance guest experience
