Job Requirements

  • one to two years of related work experience
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • strong reading comprehension
  • knowledge of food safety and training protocols
  • physical ability to perform essential job functions including lifting 20-40 lbs, bending, and mobility across work areas

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage the restaurant, room service, bar, and catering to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service
  • ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal, state, and local regulations
  • manage human resources within the department including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews
  • develop, recommend, and manage the department's budget, business and marketing plans, forecasts, and objectives
  • implement and manage company programs ensuring SOP compliance and safety standards
  • market food and beverage outlets through menu and promotional management to increase sales
  • oversee maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
  • respond to customer needs, issues, and feedback to enhance guest experience
