Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years of experience in the hospitality industry
- minimum of two years of previous leadership experience within a sports and entertainment venue of significant size/scope
- strong knowledge of Clover Sport POS, inventory software and IT processes
- prior experience with inventory control preferred but not required
- Serv Safe Manager, Alcohol, and Allergen certified
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to sit in a small office environment for extended periods
- ability to perform data entry with repetitive hand/finger motions
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- ability to walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in variable temperatures including extreme hot and cold
- ability to work indoor and outdoor
- ability to work in confined or narrow spaces

Job Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and general workplace safety standards with knowledge of Health Department requirements
- demonstrated financial acumen
- P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is highly desirable
- technologically savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Clover Sport POS Software
- flexibility to work extended or irregular hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to accept change, new procedures, and constructive feedback
- self-starter who can work independently on multiple tasks/projects

Job Duties
- Oversees concessions and warehouse associates including developing, promoting, corrective counseling, mentoring, evaluating performance, and providing positive and constructive feedback to improve overall performance
- sets inventory levels and creates recs in the warehouse, concession stands, portables, bars and kiosks
- orders product for events
- inspects and accepts deliveries for quality and accuracy
- maintains existing programs and develops new creative concepts that ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service
- works with the Executive Chef and Senior Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the highest quality F&B standards are met
- oversee prices and portions for products and services within approved profit plan guidelines
- works with the F&B team to ensure that all stands are visually appealing, well lit, with accurate signage
- ensure product at stands and bars is displayed in the most appropriate way in accordance with the best-in-class industry standards
- study current industry trends to update and improve the operation
- ensure proper repair and maintenance schedule of food and beverage service equipment
- responsible for all aspects of operations including permanent stands, portable carts, bars, kiosks, and warehouse
- maximize sales by ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience and service expectations are met or exceeded
- conduct management by walking around during events to adjust operations and interact with staff and guests
- coordinate end of month inventory process
- recruit, train and staff concessions and warehouse areas
- maintain staff training manual and SOPs
- work within computer systems to create sales documents, input inventory, code payroll, open and close events in POS, schedule staffing, create purchase orders, and provide required reports
- comply with Health Department and Legends safe beverage regulations
- ensure policies and procedures are followed by all staff
- provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
