Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in beverage or hospitality service
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- customer service oriented
- proficiency in scheduling and inventory software
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in beverage or food service management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of beverage industry trends and products
- ability to forecast and manage inventory efficiently
- familiarity with health and safety regulations in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Manage all beverage service operations within the hotel
- interview and select beverage service staff
- train and develop team members on service standards and product knowledge
- forecast beverage inventory and orders
- schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage
- monitor and maintain service quality and compliance with health regulations
- collaborate with other departments for coordinated service delivery
