Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
- Four-year college degree, hospitality preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years of restaurant management or equivalent experience
- Luxury branded hospitality experience preferred
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Alcohol Server Certification
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Ability to work on feet for eight hours or more
- Knowledge of restaurant Point of Sale systems
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30 plus pounds frequently

- Knowledge of restaurant Point of Sale systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience with food and beverage cost control preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- Schedule staff according to business needs and special functions
- Manage payroll, forecasting, and training
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company policies
- Maintain reservation system and coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and runners
- Handle large parties and booking procedures
- Provide calm leadership during high-pressure situations
- Close and cash out employees ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Participate in departmental and leadership meetings
- Follow food safety standards and company policies
- Assist other food and beverage departments as needed
- Deliver 4 Star service standards by anticipating guest needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
