Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant food and beverage management experience
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • capability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • understanding of operational financials and industry trends
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of beverage or food & beverage management experience
  • previous coffee shop experience strongly preferred
  • previous upscale hotel experience preferred
  • must be able to bend, push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs and stand up to 8 hours
  • must be able to work all shifts including AM's, PM's, overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • must have strong communication and the ability to drive the team towards a common goal
  • candidate needs to have a strong understanding of current trends as well as operational financials

Job Duties

  • bring fresh and current ideas to our food and beverage offerings
  • monitor the flow of service in the outlets, ensuring prompt service
  • follow through on out of stock items, IOU's etc, to ensure all par stocks maintained in the outlets
  • perform inventory and ensure par levels
  • train staff on Omni Standards of service for Food & Beverage
  • engage with guests regularly, ask for feedback and follow-up with concerns
  • ensure teams receive thorough training at all times
  • manage labor hours effectively through scheduling and intelligent assignment of responsibilities and duties
  • prepare requisition and verify supplies
  • schedule associates and complete payroll
  • conduct standup meetings and department meetings
  • coach, counsel and mentor Associates to success
  • inspect and observe all aspects of the daily operation and follow-up on deficiencies. make recommendations for change to ensure peak performance
  • develop and implement guest service initiatives
  • assist staff and associates wherever needed to ensure service is never compromised
  • manage reservations effectively to ensure ideal flow in the outlets
  • ensure all staff meet uniform specifications and standards of appearance
  • perform service audits. follow-up with training and coaching as needed
  • communicate with culinary teams and culinary leadership to ensure seamless and timely kitchen service
  • ensure team is up to date with the latest menu changes and develop positive up-selling techniques with service staff
