Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience
  • leadership skills with team training and performance management
  • strong guest service focus
  • financial acumen with budgeting and cost control
  • knowledge of dining and bar service operations
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • ability to maintain high professional standards
  • ServSafe and TIPS/Alco certifications required
  • familiarity with POS, reservations, and inventory systems
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in luxury hospitality
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong guest service orientation
  • financial management knowledge including budgeting and labor metrics
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations and menu planning
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • flexibility to work varied schedules
  • high professional standards and attention to detail
  • ServSafe and TIPS/Alco certifications
  • familiarity with POS and inventory software
  • experience in Napa Valley or wine country hospitality preferred
  • event or charter operations experience preferred
  • formal hospitality or business degree or certification preferred
