Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience
- leadership skills with team training and performance management
- strong guest service focus
- financial acumen with budgeting and cost control
- knowledge of dining and bar service operations
- excellent communication skills
- flexible availability including nights and weekends
- ability to maintain high professional standards
- ServSafe and TIPS/Alco certifications required
- familiarity with POS, reservations, and inventory systems
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive food and beverage management experience in luxury hospitality
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong guest service orientation
- financial management knowledge including budgeting and labor metrics
- knowledge of food and beverage operations and menu planning
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- flexibility to work varied schedules
- high professional standards and attention to detail
- ServSafe and TIPS/Alco certifications
- familiarity with POS and inventory software
- experience in Napa Valley or wine country hospitality preferred
- event or charter operations experience preferred
- formal hospitality or business degree or certification preferred
