Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the UU café and ensure service standards are met
- partner with senior leadership to build and manage budgets and control costs
- communicate important updates clearly and coordinate with other departments
- deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- support and guide team through training programs including service, safety, and allergens
- supervise and mentor staff, handle hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews
- inspire staff to focus on guest engagement and create a hospitable environment
