Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills and teamwork orientation
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Capability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant and banquet food service operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train team members to uphold Hotel Nikko's core values
- Coordinate with kitchen, banquet, and lounge staff for smooth service delivery
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering processes
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly
