Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership skills and teamwork orientation
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Capability to handle stressful situations effectively
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with reservation and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant and banquet food service operations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage and train team members to uphold Hotel Nikko's core values
  • Coordinate with kitchen, banquet, and lounge staff for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering processes
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly
