  • Five years of related experience in hotel operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Significant attention to detail
  • Complete understanding of NOI profitability and budget goals
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of health department rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
  • Computer skills with experience in hotel information systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Monitor industry trends and update cocktail lists and menu items as necessary
  • Prepare the food and beverage budget and monitor department performance
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on food and beverage issues
  • Coordinate and monitor loss prevention in the food and beverage department
  • Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
  • Organize and conduct department meetings regularly
  • Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations
