- Computer skills with experience in hotel information systems preferred

Job Duties
- Monitor industry trends and update cocktail lists and menu items as necessary
- Prepare the food and beverage budget and monitor department performance
- Collaborate with the General Manager on food and beverage issues
- Coordinate and monitor loss prevention in the food and beverage department
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
- Organize and conduct department meetings regularly
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations
