Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • physical capability to stand and move for extended periods
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in hotel management software

Job Duties

  • oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • manage guest relations and resolve issues promptly
  • coordinate between departments such as food and beverage, housekeeping, and front desk
  • ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards
  • lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • monitor financial performance and contribute to budget management
  • implement health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment
